Stop Chasing and Start Sponsoring Your Prospects into Your MLM business



What would you do if while walking on the street, you encounter a dog along the way and barks at you then came running towards your direction? Would you just stand in your place or start running as fast as you can away from the dog?

I want you to think about this. Our instinct tells us to run away when someone chases us. This is also true in MLM or Network Marketing business. Do you still think that it is a good idea to chase your MLM prospects? If you keep on chasing your leads or prospects, they will keep a distance away from you or run away into the other direction. Have you experienced that when you call or text your prospects, they would hang-up on you or not answer your call or never text back or not replying your emails? Think again what went wrong.
 
The process of network marketing does indeed involve you getting prospects to join your company. You cannot survive in this business without this process of sponsoring. However, most network marketers are failing because they are going about achieving this goal in the wrong manner.
 
Isn’t it more effective if you have your prospects searching for you? If they look for and find you, then guess what? You are or you have exactly what they are looking for. You would not have to sell them on anything because they already know what you are offering.

Think about going to a grocery store? When you go to the grocery store, don't you already have a list on what you’re going to buy? No one has to sell you the box of toothpaste when you already have something on your list or on your mind. When you walk into that store you already knew that you will find the toothpaste that you are looking for. Maybe you saw it in the ads so you know where to find it. It is just what you’re looking for.

The same goes for business opportunities. Let the people know what it is that you have and do. When they are ready, they will seek you out and purchase from you.

Now the key ingredient is to help these people with other aspects of their lives for free. If they do not know how to create a blog, then show them how to do so for free. You can give free ebooks that will give them solutions, ideas or information that will  to their current situation. The more information you give, the more they will like and trust you. If they trust you, they will seek you for advice and then later they will buy from you. Think about it… what have you given so far?

Getting an MLM business prospects to join you on your business takes skills. Not rocket science or luck but your skills. Remember that you cannot give what you do not have and you cannot teach what you do not know and you cannot help others if you also need help.Always keep an open mind to learn something new and applying the training and lessons you have learned. This will develop yourself and your skills. 
 
Your skills need to be how to present yourself as a trusting leader that is there to help others succeed in their business. Let's face it. In Whatever career or business that you will get involved in, you have to acquire the necessary skills in order to level-up and succeed. There are no short cut to success. Find your true core strength and passion that you can use in achieving your goals. Be determined and persistent in developing yourself.
Once you have acquired and accomplished this, you will see that herds of MLM business prospects will come running after you instead of the other way around.
